Does anyone know the fishery's regulations on sandeel nets.Do you need a license etc?.Advice thankfully received.

I know ChrisP who used to post on the World of...site among others used to net and sell sandeel. He lives just outside Caernarvon on The Straits. He would know the regs.

i don't think you need a license to get them for your self . you need one to sell your catch. i got a net and have been netting next to EA who looked in the nets to see what the by catch was for study they where doing. i know chrisp (ive a boat on his garden)has a licence for selling sand eel.
