Hi Dorado, You possibly did see us at N Wales. I initially came down for some info on fishing boats (I have a shetland 535 work in progress) but couldn't get my son Frank to come off of the kayaks. My wife and daughter Ali (7) were there too. Ali wouldn't come off of the jet ski but thats another story. We were the Scottish family. By the way were just heading to Perth to look at kayaks. I'll keep you all posted

the 140 is a great choice its quick stable has loads of storage it is an ideal fishing platform they are superbly built kayaks using top quality fittings and plastics . the one we had on demo was superb i would fully recomend one to anyone as a great kayak the new 140 is even better quicker more stable and the new seat system is a joy to sit in we will be reviewing fully the new 140 quite soon i for one can't wait to try it out . great choice dev35

Hey guys. Following all the gratefully received and absorbed information and advice that's been flying around, plus a lot of try outs and personal investigations, I have purchased a new Manta Ray 12 ;D ;D ;D. The Manta Ray is actually going to be the girlfriend's kayak. I was after the Mango coloured Ocean Kayak Trident 13. However, I was told this by the manager of Brookbank, Lancaster, apparently, Brookbank's UK importers are only importing the Yellow (With rudder @£140 more) and Olive (without rudder) colour variants . Think I will give the Manta Ray 12 a go before deciding on the Trident 13. Unfortunately I won't be taking the Manta Ray out for 2 weeks due to work obligations!!!!! I will be keeping everyone informed on how things go when I finally get out.
