I've just bought one of these little knives (Lomo) after my Gerber went rusty (my fault- I ignored it and left it in my PFD....). I noticed with interest that the blade design and material (344 stainless steel) is almost identical to that on my gf's Aqualung divers knife (the BC version), which is about twice as expensive! Of course these knives do go rusty if ignored. For lazy buggers like me, one option is to have a titanium knife, I have one of these (a Scubapro one) for diving, and they are superb- shame about the price though!

I use another safety knife now I think it's a Whitby one Also think I got it off amazon. hope this helps safety must be tops!
