Hi Kev and welcome to the site. If you've got any questions just ask away as were are here to help. Doesn't matter whether we've had the question before or not as there's always a new twist to these things. If you manage to get over here (don't forget your passport - Izzetafox has a green card ;D) give us a shout as I'm sure there would be someone who could get out with you, wind tide and fish allowing. Cheers Gerry

Welcome Kev, I told you these really are nice guys and yes we get to those cod as soon as this white stuff has gone. We might even get Terry(Izzetafox) over from his inland retreat this summer after some hounds and rays. Best regards Phil

Just a quick line to say "Hi" - I have dipped in and out of the site for a few years now, and thought it was time I joined up properly. I recognise a few names - I am based in the Westcountry - but I seem to end up yak fishing all over the place. Great site by the way.

I was looking to see if there are any yakkers in the North Wales area and stumbles across this cracking site, so hello All ;D just joined having just purchased my first "boat" which is pretty much kitted out and ready to go. Off to collect it this evening and really looking forward to the maiden voyage. I think I'll be mainly round the coast between Llanbedr and the LLeyn. Seeking out those quiet little, seldom touched fishing spots.

Hi all,
I'm new to kayaking and can't wait to get started. I haven't bought anything yet as I'm still researching and weighing up all the options.
I came across paddleworks website so will probably go to their shops to see what sort of bargain can be had. Are there any other shops in North Wales and surrounding areas that are worth a visit?

Just as close for you Dave would be Kayaks North West at Runcorn. Take a look at their website. www.kayaksnorthwest.co.uk/They have a canal basin right outside their front door and have loads of demo yaks for you to try. Tell them you are off this site and they will be even friendlier... Terry
