Nice one Kev and Alan-looks like you had the same score as me this morning in the Conwy- good to see you were tied together- not too many lights on shore at Llandulas at night must have been pretty dark. Bet it was great on the kayaks - like you say flat calm- and at night - for me its- jealous.com - if you dont mind some company let us know next time your going out.

Hi Kev, slightly off subject, but where did you buy the anchor rope clamp from. Can't find one anywhere. Cheers Tim

Hi, I got one here... www.boat-bits.co.uk/main/catalog/index.php/cPath/28?osCsid=9b3405aa98d2654c56485fc1268b0ed4Called in to pick up an "emergency anchor" (well, needed one asap). Didn't realise they had a web page - the clamp cleat is £13 quid. I had to pull the guy up when paying, I'd bought loads of different bits & pieces - it was the £13 quid that had made me think the whole bill was too much! But wouldn't be without it! ;D Don't know if anyone's got any cheaper sources....
