Less fragile than plastic though and not as susceptable to heat/cold/sunshine brittleness.
Ugly??? They nice and shiney.
Let's face it Phil 'big and ugly' is custom made for me.....

Ok, i will try to explain as it is really tricky without pics. Take a strip of plastic sheet, 130 x 12mm, drill two holes matching the holes in the workstation for the bolts and countersink them. Take the countersunk bolts, place them through the holes with some Sikaflex around the heads and let them dry off. The plastic strip with the bolts upwards can now slide into the track to form a larger base area for the bolts to tighten easily. If you are looking at the track, you should now have two bolts sticking up out of the track. You can now link the work station onto the bolts, whiz on two wing nuts and you now have easy adjustment for position and removal. God, I'm not sure if that sounds any clearer or not but you can PM me with your phone number and i can talk you through if it helps. Phil Hi Phil Just back from Keswick and thinking on your plastic strip for the slidetrax bolts - what sort of thickness of plastic did you use and where from? Cheers Martin

Seat sorted... I had a good look at it and sussed that the securing knot had been pulled through the plastic frame so I re threaded and put a stainless steel washer between the knot and hole in the plastic. I've re read this and i'm not sure it makes a lot of sense...lol

Jammy bugger bought a 100 for a very good price on Sat. Trish, my wife, has fallen out with phil as she fancied it. I'm sure she will forgive in time, give it a year or so. ;D Phil
