Just purchased for use on a holiday just booked in Majorca, beware Mullet? rated at 30-50grm and 9ft it will be ideal for a spot of float fishing for mullet.I will of course be doing a spot of Lure fishing with it as well.Really great quality feel and finish to this rod.

Looked at these rods this weekend, i am after an 8ft but the casting weight is only 10-20 gm. The rods are superb and i nearly put my hand in my pocket. (Still might yet) Steve

Haven't used mine yet so I can only vouch for the quality feel and finish of a much higher priced rod, although I do think we are fortunate these days to be able to appreciate and benefit from the quality and range of tackle available at reasonable prices.

I recall 'Dizzyfish' on the AA site raving about the boat rods. I have had a few chucks with the Nano beach rods which were fantastic to use( although I heard a few snapped but do not know the circumstances) and one guy I know bought one of the fly rods which he is very happy with so no reason to think these would not be good. They represent good value for money as well.
It will be interesting to hear how you get on with it David.
