How technology changes and improves Pumping up so fast you'd have to make sure there were no risks of it inflating against something which could puncture. I pumped up my new boat yesterday....... a Lidl special paid about 12.00 I think . Not as fast but, mains model and 12v cig' socket available I have both for inflating mattress in caravan. Then to finish off check and test pressure with manual hand pump with gauge. And re check it after 15 to 30 minutes of being on the water for best performance . Sorry no photos the files are too big

Had one of these pumps very fast would blow my sib up in a couple of minutes but had to put a little extra pressure in the air floor with foot pump. Also deflates so handy when putting it away

I've had a Bravo and it was faster than the one shown on the video. Don't forget the Bravo is a high pressure two stage pump and has a manometer that measures air pressure and cuts off at a pre set limit. There's a big difference on a SIB's performance if its not at the correct pressure. I can see the difference in the price, but its not a fair comparison in what you get for the money.

I agree with esoxuk, the two Bravo pumps that I had were much quicker than the one in the vid. I do recall that the rule pumps would not bring any air floor to the pressure required and in the past when I checked, they would not have the power to take the main tubes to the required pressure but that could have changed. Without question, you will need a manometer to constantly check pressure which means removing the pump and connecting the manometer ,and so on.
It always comes down to quality, pay the price for a Bravo and have a quality pump to do the job you need with accuracy. As a matter of interest, my 3.4mt boat with air floor took 6mins to inflate from flat and 4.5mins to completely deflate. My Frib only had the tree tubes which took just under 4.5 mins to inflate all using the Bravo.
