kickingk.....there are loads of Tope at Blackpool too......just need the weather to get out there......I got this one last weekend...only about 15lbs but great sport

Hi Karl If you launch from the Five Bar Gate you are literally on the other side of the sea wall from the beach. There is a ramp down to a shingle beach. Pretty easy launch just need decent weather .Plenty of fish out there too

Done a lot of beach fishing Blackpool / clevleys. a lot nearer for me too. I can be there in under an hour. Could be joining you if i get the invite. Steve

Great stuff...we`ll have to organise something......(although as you know the wind strength and direction will rule) I only had a short trip last Saturday and caught loads of Tope,Doggies,Huss and a starry smooth hound....plenty other species possible there too
