as any one who has a p13 will know the rear carry handle is 18 inches up the kayak and in the middle which means you have to carry the kayak with your arm stretched out making the yak feel heavier than it is so i have taken the handle from the middle as fitted by ocean and fixed it on the back with a new pad eye this is fitted to the pre mounted holes for the rudder as picture below this seems to work very well and it make the kayak feel a lot lighter due to not having to hold the yak out from your body parts needed 1 x pad eye 2 x screws tools needed cross head screw driver time to do under 5 Min's cost under £1

Good idea, must get mine done as it is pretty heavy especially on those stones on north shore

i have a spare pad eye and the 2 bolts i will bring them next time we meet and help you fit it
