I am afraid operators seem to not know that N Wales exists, when we go to Aberdaron my O2 contract is useless, We have Orange and Voda sims and reception varies from bad to cr%p. Strangely O2 has worked for us on Anglesey better than the other two. But I think there is no consistency.

VHF ;D ;D ;D Seriously though I'm on 02 and have no trouble around Anglesey or Snowden. The reception is great. Although the freeview box signal in our caravan is rubbish

I have noticed too that it can depend on the model of phone. I have used the same 02 sim card a Blackberry and an LG and the LG is by far the best for signal.

Strangely O2 has worked for us on Anglesey better than the other two. But I think there is no consistency. On a recent trip to Aberdaron I lost my vodafone signal but picked up Vodafone Ireland!!! I must say though that vodafone does seem to be getting better in most parts of N, Wales, still patchy though!

I,m on orange , and have been fishing the north coast of anglesey regularly , never had any problems off shore . Onshore it can be very patchy.
