I was just wondering, as alot of you guys fish and i assume eat your catch do you shoot aswell ??

i get mine by safely pulling over after spotting a road kill! no i dont do the killing- well as yet i dont!!!

thanks for the replies fellas, i do indeed shoot, had some success with rabbits and the odd pheasant ( rabbit curry is lush by the way ! lol )i only have an air rifle its a weihrauch .22 but does the job very well indeed, as i cant be bothered applying for a fire arms certificate. If any of you fellas that shoot have more rabbits than you know what to do with i would be more than happy to pop a few off for the pot ;D

Used to shoot bunnies commercially and sell to zoos for the reptiles and birds of prey to eat, don't bother with them now unless there damaging crops / saplings.
If you have a lot of rabbits it keeps the Fox's busy and takes a bit of pressure of ground nesting birds during the summer.
