;D ;D I can back up totally what has been so well documented by John. I had my first trip out a Porth Dafarch which had quit a swell i felt a little apprehensive at first but after only a short paddle out i felt that the Big Game was a very stable platform even side onto some larger waves, i found also that it would paddle back wards at quite a speed, it seemed faster than going fore ward. i have had a day on Lake Windermere were it performed well and at some speed once you get the arms going. comparing the GB to the Prowler 13 it would seem that the P13 cuts through the water/waves a little easier and slightly faster due to the different shape bow and narrower hull. i find it a little awkward to lift upturned onto the roof bars but once strapped down through the scupper holes you don't notice it is on the top, even travelings at 60-70mph on the M'way..... I would also give an overall marking of 10/10 : ;D ;D ;D........Dave

That looks excellent mate. Do you have any problems reaching the front two rods while fishing.

they are a little bit to far when fishing from the seat , but i normally have my legs over the side so i have one rod set up for bottom feeding in the rear and maybe a float from the front holder, but it does give you room for tackling up and its just a case of sliding your bum along so no real problem johnny,

Im still trying to decide where to place my rod holder but I thonk its going on the sides so that I can stay sat face on for them times when you are fishing in waves where your bum is holding onto your seat keeping on the yak ;D ;D

one thing i did inside was to stick small (6" ) pieces of pipe insulation with marine sealnt to stop things sliding around , it works a treat

we fished in 4-5ft waves today and they told us it was going to be slight lol, but still fished from the side aswell as from the seat , but at the end of the day you have to put them where you feel comfortable with them

Confort is one thing but it is hard to start paddling against your anchor that has just got stuck and pulling your side under when your sat side on ;D ;D ;D after my last outting from Llandudno I will be alot more careful but yes I find side on extremly comfortable. ( i have been pictured many times in such pose LOL)
