Comodo on netbook AVG on desktop.
To the best of my knowledge I have been ok, and I use Torrent sites and Crackz so I would be one of the more vulnerable users.

the main reason i asked is i was working on a customers laptop yesterday which had a virus and the first thing you do is disable the virus then remove it so first step went ok i stoped it running second step was to run some antivirus software and detect and remove it but mcafee norton avg comodo pc pro ect ect all never found it but webroots did and removed it no problem so it got me thinking about which one is really doing the best job i did notice how the spead of the laptop was effected by different anti virus programs mcafee made the machie run really slowly so did avg .

Would you say Webroots is better than the rest or just that on this occaision it worked best?
It seems that there is never one 'definintive' best AV or spyware program everyone and every seller and magazine has it's favourite.

It would be interesting to see how many the others find. But that's a very time consuming process and as they 'say time is money.'
