This is a first impresion review it will be added to in time .
This new collection of Wilderness luggage is designed to serve all the needs of today’s travelling angler.
The 2 bags we have reviewed are the WGB6 & WGB7 there are 8 different bags in the new wilderness range by Daiwa
The first thing you notice is the quality of the product and the design they are top notch
With so many features it would be impossible to list them all in this first impressions review
The bags are water resistant so a good shower and your tackle inside will still be dry.
As you can see from the above photo the styling and quality are both stylish and very functional
Note the clean rounded corners on these bags this makes the design a lot stronger than a sharp angle corners we see so often.
The WGB6 & WGB7 are shown together here the WGB7 being slightly larger
By about 2/3 inches the WGB7 being on the bottom .
both these sizes would be big enough to accommodate all the kit needed for a full day out.
The top zippered section opens to reveal several adjustable compartments for reels
These sections can be easily completely removed if needed.
Note the large zippered mesh pockets on the lid of this compartment these are very handy for rigs and licences ect quite a few of the pockets have these handy mesh pockets in them all with secure zips so your stuff wont fall out
The main section has huge storage space with wipe easy lining so if you were to put your fish in this section it can be wiped down easily.
The view inside one of the front pockets notice the mesh pocket again.
All the zips have padded pull tabs to make it easier to open the zips even if your hands are cold and wet
This bag is very well thought out and designed the pockets would be great for transporting all the kayak kit like vhf radios gps systems fish finders all in one place and protected I particularly like the quality of the handle that is attached to the bags they have been double stitched and are very strongly made .
I think Daiwa have got it just right here I think these bags will be the answer to transporting all the tackle and fittings we use to and from the water the added bonus will be the protection we will gain for expensive items like fish finders gps vhf radios reels ect .
The WGB6 retails at £44.99
The WGB7 retails at £49.99
We will have these bags at canoe exp on our stand please come have a look.
We will add to this review once we have used the bags a little.
