I'm getting out early on Sunday but not sure where yet. Was thinking of giving Five bar gate a go given its consistency I've not been out for a while so need to catch some fish or the kayak will probably end up going away for the winter, you know how it is

Met Eddie Trotter and Tony at 8am Sunday morning. launched by 9. did'nt have to paddle far before the fish finder screen was a mass of blips. as soon as we anchored the whiting started to bite followed by dogs dabs and thornbacks then the cod came we all had a few and after non stop action right through low water i had to go (family meal booked) the lads stayed out longer and tim brain and co were just launching, Richard from fleetwood came paddling in from up passed the school with a nice bag of coddling and a 10lb thornback, Good day and flat seas. thanks for the trip lads see you next time.Keith B
