For a few days......Cable bay, Church bay, wherever the wind don't blow ..... :-) I've got my safety course there on the 11th, and then a few days chillin' an fishin'..... Anyone care to join me would be more than welcome. Bait, soft lures, sabikis, if it swims and isn't a dogfish then I'm after it :-)

Hi martin, I have promised myself a go at Cable Bay this Spring so I will keep an eye on the weather and get in touch if I'm heading that way whilst you are there. It would be good to meet you and maybe others as well. I love Church Bay too but I am going to leave it there until the Smoothies are in Good luck with the safety course. Phil

You can't buy happiness. But you can buy fishing gear. It's kind of the same thing.

I'm pretty jealous if those Cornish guys who catch mackerel throughout the year! As a boy I remember seeing mackerel caught off the beach at Barmouth one evening and have been hooked (sorry) on them ever since :-) I'm really looking forward to getting some on lures this summer But for now, anything that's a decent size and not a dogfish will be just fine.....
