fished around the Little Orme on sunday on the flood 8) great time as this was my first time fishing of the kayak 8) As we went around the face of the orme we were in to the mackerel the water was bubbling all around the kayak :shock: fished into the cove and the lad with me had a lovely bass but has he got it to the boat it snapped of gutted :twisted: :twisted: the mackerel showed again found it hard to keep them in the kayak as i brought them on they jumped out again will have to practice this great time was had by both of us and were planning the next trip may be anglesey next time

On Sunday Bull Bay wasn't bad but Rhosneigr was mad waves...I didn't bother wetting my yak!

like a pond around the bay side perfect to drift along the edge of the rocks we were catching just of the cove next to the tunnel in the rock great paddle in and out only problem was the steps down from the prom you would need 2 people but free parking will be back soon to give it a go

where you were fishing sounds like the great orme,fished little orme few weeks ago;plenty macks only ___ is there a deep hole somewhere off the little orme?

mike its about half mile out just to the colwyn side there is a sandbank with a deepish gully . me and degs both got broke off a couple of weeks ago when bringing in macks something big hit about half way up probably tope .

i was fishing on the drift,before i got broke off i was towed past a bouye that i had past just moments before against the tide(think it was a submaine)-or moby
