yeah.....i took the baffles out as well kerny. my fs1e was a crappy purple colour. i had the suzuki 250 before the gt. it was the t250 hustler. they did a 350 as well. i loved the kawasaki 2 stroke triples, especially the h1 500, and the h2 750 ;D

happy days ap 50,rd250,350lc,xj 650,gs1000,cx650turbo,fj1100,gsxr750,vt500,rs250,and some more now its paddle power not horse power.

The triple's were the dogs ..........in the 70s, I never went bigger with bikes growing up in Oldham It was cold, so cars suited me better.l.o.l. ; ;D ;D

i was 6ft at sixteen so had to get a bigger version of a moped, a puch m50 sport in red with top box,beat all ss50s and fs1e s ,then got a cb200 honda with the padding in the middle of the tank red as well. now honda vtr1000 firestorm red.

I waited till i was 17 got my full licence then went and bought a gpz500, an awsome first bike which i rode from germany to cheshire on countless journys, then moved to a vfr400.
All my mates had dt 125's nsr 125's and rg 125's but i preffered to wait and do it properly ! lol

I had a Puch 125cc. It was a very reliable little bike. I also had a chromed up matchless 500cc combo. You could have a big bike as a learner back then, as long as it was a combo. It would be worth a fortune now.
