when will this weather improve it seams to snow every other day here where i am it has snowed every week since mid December this was last Monday more is forcast for sunday here surly with all this global warming we should not be getting so much snow.

What they are saying is that we will be getting more extreme conditions like, winters will be wetter and windier, and the summers will become hotter,

Watching the telly last night Aberdeen has had snow since December, and it's deep, and it's still falling. Being as young as I am I remember the great freeze of 1963. Where I used to live we had a level 4 foot of snow, 6 meter snow drifts, all you could see of some of the houses was the tip of the roof. People had to be dug out. Milk and bread was delivered by helicopter. I was 10, just the right age to enjoy it. Fantastic.

For some of us older members this was the norm when we were kid's. There used to be giant snowballs left on every street corner for weeks with" brown bits "sticking out. l.o.l. ;D ;D ;D
