Actual length front to back 10' 8" weighing only 21.8 Kg. This makes it very easy to lift on top of my car on my own. I have a trolley for up and down the beach but is light enough to carry short distances. Handles front, back and both sides in the center. There are no paddle clips on the 10' but a bit of bungee and B+Q plastic picture hooks do a perfect job for about £2.
STABILITY- Briliant, It is very stable. sit with my feet over the side and reach around the yak with confidence.
COMFORT- Seat is factory fit, padded, adjustable back and very comfy. There are no drains around the seat so if it gets wet it stays wet. the feet area stays very dry. The foot rests are easily adjustable even on the water.
HATCH- The 10 foot has 1 hatch in the front and is totally waterproof. I have been out a few times now and had no water in it at all. If it did get water in the drain is on the side not at the front
TRACKING- Very good for a smaller yak and quite fast compared with a few others i tried.
STORAGE- The storage area is ample, i have fitted a crate and the factory fit bungees hold it in a treat.
All in all a very well made yak, comfy and a pleasure to use. I was limited to the size of yak to store and i think this was my perfect choice. Easy to fit rod holders, fish finder, anchor trolley.
Well worth a look at. It may seem a little expensive but i think it is money well spent. If any one wants to try mine at the meets, feel free, i think you will be pleasantly suprised.
