The tarpon140 We had the chance to test this kayak thanks to brookbanks we found it to be a very quick and stable kayak with many innovative features and good quality mouldings. The carry straps are aligned centrally so it’s easy to carry and has smooth stylish lines It comes ready equipped with foot rests and forward and rear bungee cords Below you can see the large rubber front hatch which was a tight fit so no water should get in and the front cargo bungies which would be a good place to rest your paddle blades while fishing In the two photos above and below you can clearly see the raised seating position which should give a dry ride and the fixed high back support which was very comfortable on out test paddle and easy to adjust while out on the water. You can clearly see the footrest system here which was easy to adjust while out on the water and the nicely moulded centre console with plenty of flat areas to mount rod mounts and fish finders. All in all this is a well designed kayak with plenty of storage space and a feel of space when sitting in it its quite quick on the water and easy to paddle I think it would be a great choice as a fishing kayak [glow=red,2,300]This review is also on the main website north wales kayak fishing [/glow] northwaleskayakfishing.co.uk/id12.html
