I will be fitting a rap 119 rod holder,what is the best to fit it rivets or well nuts,I'm going to fit it just in front of the rear rod holder any advise please Thanks Andy

Take out the fitted rod holders and use nuts and bolts by entering the vacant hole. Refit the original holders with rivets. Phil

Hi If you use rivits use the long tryfold rivits . We buy ours from neil at H20 The link can be found on the main page. Alternativly if you can reach inside from a hatch you could use nuts and bolts. Steve.

Depending on where you are fitting if you use nuts and bolts consider using a bit of chopping board on the inside of the hull drilled with exactly the same holes. This helps to spread the load and reduce the risk of pulling the nuts through.
