Hi all. Gary T made an enquiry about the angler sport so we offered a demo paddle. The offer was taken so here goes. Garys last kayak was a perception scooter so we took the fatyak as a similar comparison. Gary had not paddled for 2 years so the canal was the prefered venue. Garys first impression was it felt tippy, this is normal with a new kayak after so long. Stayed close to the side for the first few minutes but confidence grew quickly. Terry giving a few pointers. Confidence gained and off we go. After an hour or so, i took the Gosea to try some re entrys. I found it quite quick, very stable and the tracking was superb even without the rudder. The Gosea paddle is a very good match with the kayak, it performed well. And i fell in Only to demonstrate a re entry. I found the Gosea very easy to re enter. A good afternoon to be out and we beat the rain even if one of us did get wet ;D Terry will be adding more pictures and no doubt Gary will be putting a few words up. Steve.
