Hi,welcome to the forum...... Be careful of the rips at the Great Orme point, especially more so on the spring tides.... Rigs, the rocky areas around the Pier and along the Orme use either a single pulley rig 1/0 or 2/0 aberdeens. If your feeling a bit adventurous you can try a 3 hook flapper (all hooks are off the bottom) with size 1 or 1/0 aberdeen hooks. Going across the bay towards Llanddulas/Prestatyn,which is mostly a flat(sandy)seabed(until you get closer to shore)......use a 3 down rig with same sized hooks. If you have 2 rods, ledger fish with one and float fish with the other..... The bait you use is also a key factor...... What ever fish you are targeting remember to up (or lower) the breaking strain of your snoods and rig body. Tight Lines..and...Stay Safe.
