Hi Guys this is seajunky here an X admin of many years. I have found a product which I think might appeal to many of you. Its a multi use craft, it is inflatable and can be paddled, rowed, kite surfed, and even sailed. It starts of at 6Kg and can be carried in a back pack, how good is that ? It even comes with its own rechargeable pump, yes its an inflatable, but don't let that put you off. Have a look at this link. Should you contact the Tom Shelton of Kayacats please mention that you saw this post on the NWKF site. Here is the link, hope you like it. As this is a Kick starter project its only in its early stages of funding, so there is also an investment opportunity as well. We might at some point in the future do a review on this project, which I will announce in advance in case you might like to come along and have a look. Here is the link. www.kayacat.com/Regards and tight lines seajunky Steve.

Cheers Steve. It does look very adaptable, They are talking about a fishing version with rod holders, built in tackle box etc. I really like how light it is.

Looks great, easy for hols etc. the sort of thing that friends could share ownership of and have some great fun with. Would be interesting to see the build quality of it. very compact and easy to store when not in use.

I love it, it ticks all the boxes for me in so many ways, I have, as some of you know been playing around with inflatable boats for over 40 years and this baby has so much potential, I would like to test one for sure.
My main reservation is the strength of the material used which I am assuming is thin being only 6kg in weight for two long outriggers and I would like to have more detail on that.
I think the price point is good, where are they based.

Hello Phil. They are based in the UK but the production is abroad somewhere? The material is a new strong material, hence the weight. There are only 3 days left in order to buy a boat at the Kickstarter prices.

Gents only a couple of days left to make a pledge. Last chance to get hold of one of the versatile boats.
