Got my Frenzy back and decided to make it a bit more suitable for those summer evenings when I decide to go out on the straits last minute. Flush mount rod rests and the Apex seat make it a bit more of an angling proposition.. Nearly finished installing the fish finder to the Prowler 4.5 Elite. Will post pics as soon as I can Still struggling without broadband at the mo.

they are short only about 9 ft so not really for the long trips bit are very well made they would suit the small bays and playing in the surf mostly but i know gizzmo has one and he paddles it really well and fishes of it all the time but gizzmo is a very good paddler very fit and very strong so could probably paddle a log and make it look easy ;D.

hi guys will take all the praise you can throw at me.not as fit as i would like to be.i am 6ft 3" got a rtm mambo 9ft and a frenzy 9ft both kitted out for fishing wouldnt get rid of either.easy to load and unload and store they stack together.surf, flat calm they are good in anything that northwales has thrown at them.my 13 year old twins take it in turns to come with me they also find no problems with either.but saying all this all the other guys will probably say the same about their yaks, its about what you want it for and what you wanna pay both mine are £299 brand new.bye the way i am 16 stone.you have to try diff kayaks out really before you purchase cheers, mike.

Hi Hughesey,
What fish finder will you be putting on your elite 4.5? I'm considering installing one on mine but am not sure which transducers (other than the recommended humminbird) will fit the supplied rubber boot.

Used my Frenzy for the first time yesterday fishing - I'm 6ft/13st, no comfort issues. Tried my mate's Prowler and although it's very nice, it's also very expensive so I'm happy to stick with the Frenzy. No big waves yesterday though so will wait and see on that

I've got a Frenzy, only been out in it about four times so far and am in the process of fitting an anchor trolley to it, anybody done this to one of these? As for the yak, its ideal for what i want it for at the moment, but know doubt give it a few months i'll want bigger and better ;D Mike.
