I've always been unhappy with the way i was storing the Yak in the garage, for months its have been on a pair of saw horses, these did the job, but if I ever wanted anything in the garage it would be sod's law that it was behind the yak. The Yaks an X Factor and its heavy and awkward to move, so getting it out of the way or out to the car was always a pain (literally). So I came up with the following stand, its on wheels and i can keep all the yak stuff together (crate, paddle, trolley etc) and wheel it out when its needed, or simply push it out of the way to get at the stuff behind. This worked a treat but having now got a Mini X for the kids (& me ;D) it needed a re-design to carry the mini X but also the Hobie when it arrives. This picture shows the new stand with the additional tier by the side Here's the stand with the additional (removable) tier added With the Mini X on top (It is on wheels you just can't see them in the photo?) And Finally wheeled back in the garage ;D There's one more removable tier to be made for the Hobie but I ran out of timber (I Hope the pictures work!!)
